From September 2026, we are looking to expand our team within the Leeds branch with a senior consultant; to help continue the high level of service we deliver to all our partnership settings, schools and trusts we currently support.

A proven track record in educational recruitment and/or sales.
Solid experience managing a high-volume desk.
Be able to demonstrate key skills around communication, candidate sourcing and new business development.
Demonstrate the ability to support schools with vacancies, from day-to-day supply to long term and permanent placements.
Strong knowledge and understanding of the educational recruitment market, frameworks and the CCS/GCA.What we offer:

28 days annual leave, with bank holidays on top. Additional three days leave added at Christmas.
