The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

The Role
Early Careers is one of the most important talent pipelines in their business, and they invest significantly in making sure students and graduates get the very best experience of who they are. Our client is looking for a people-focused graduate to join the team and provide dedicated support across attraction, selection, and programme management for their internship and graduate schemes.
What You'll Do
* Help plan and deliver campus events — careers fairs, insight evenings, virtual presentations
* Coordinate logistics for university partnerships, including travel, event materials, and Manage application tracking and candidate communications, ensuring a timely, positive experience at every stage
* Schedule and coordinate assessment centres, interviews, and online testing, liaising with candidates, assessors, and venues
* Coordinate day-to-day logistics for our internship and graduate programmes — onboarding, rotations, socials, quarterly reviews
* Act as the main point of contact for interns and graduates, offering pastoral support and escalating issues where needed
What We're Looking For
Skills & Experience
* A minimum 2:1 from a leading research-intensive university, with a minimum AAA at A Level (or international equivalent)
* Excellent communication skills — warm, clear, and professional, whether in writing or in person
* Strong organisational skills and a proven ability to juggle multiple workstreams at once
* Experience in events, recruitment coordination, careers services, or student union work is a strong plus
* Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or HRIS is helpful but not essential
