RECfinancial are recruiting for a client in Braunston Leicestershire, a well established SME with a real family feel to it, they're seeking an Accounts Assistant / Administrator to support their busy finance team. This is an ongoing temporary role with genuine potential to become permanent.

Due to the roles location it is commutable from all areas of Leicestershire, including Coalville, Hinckley, Syston, Wigston, Enderby and more.

Key Responsibilities

Process sales invoices and resolve customer queries
Review job costs, pricing and supporting documentation
Maintain a target of 30 invoices per day
Process incoming purchase invoices and match to purchase orders
Raise and follow up supplier queries
Progress jobs when third‑party invoices are received
Weekly timesheet checks and mileage recording
Collate vehicle check sheets and produce simple reports
Transfer documentation to external systems
Handle incoming calls and general admin dutiesAbout You

Experience in Accounts Assistant, Administrator, Sales Ledger or Purchase Ledger
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Confident reviewing costs and documentation
Excellent communication skills
Strong IT skills
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Organised, proactive and a strong team playerWhat’s on Offer

Full Time position - 37.5 hours per week
Salary £13.00 to £14.00 per hour
