This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong bench hand joinery experience who can lead by example, maintain high quality standards and support projects from workshop build through to site installation.

What will you be doing as a Joinery Supervisor?
* Carrying out high-quality bench hand joinery and assembly work
* Supervising day-to-day workshop activities and supporting the production team
* Overseeing build quality, timelines, and health & safety standards
* Working from drawings and project specifications
* Supporting installations and pull-downs on-site when required
* Using hand tools, workshop machinery, and assembly equipment
* Troubleshooting issues on the workshop floor and escalating where needed
* Supporting and mentoring team members throughout projects
What will you need?
* Strong bench hand joinery experience
* Previous experience in a supervisory or senior joinery role
* Ability to read and interpret drawings
* Good understanding of workshop health & safety
* Willingness to work away when required
* A proactive, reliable, and hands-on approach
