It is ADVANTAGEOUS that applicants have some school receptionist experience and be friendly and a good communicator.
You MUST BE willing to work on a TEMPORARY basis and between the hours of 8:00am & 4:00pm.
There will be full time and part time positions available throughout the school year and there may also be an opportunity to move to a permanent contract within the school you work at, although this is not guaranteed.
As a School Receptionist your day to day responsibilities will include but not limited to:
« Answering phones and taking messages
« Typing of letters and memos
« Filing, faxing and photocopying
« Dealing with parents and pupils
YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO FULLY REGISTER WITH US INCLUDING PROVIDING RIGHT TO WORK DOCUMENTS ALONG WITH OBTAINING AN ENHANCED CHILD WORKFORCE DBS THAT WILL BE PROCESSED BY US BUT COME AT A COST OF £56 (UNLESS YOU ALREADY HAVE ONE REGISTERED ON THE UPDATE SERVICE).
