We are recruiting for a Project Coordinator to join an established business supporting the Oil & Gas and Energy sectors. This is a full time office based role.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong Administrator or Coordinator who is looking to develop their career within projects and commercial operations.
The role will involve:
- Coordinating project schedules
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Liaising with customers and internal departments
- Processing timesheets and sales invoices
- Maintaining accurate project and commercial records
- Supporting projects through to completion
We’re looking for someone with:
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Good customer communication skills
- Confident Excel and Microsoft Office ability
- Experience working to deadlines and managing multiple priorities
- A proactive and professional approach
Previous project, logistics, engineering or commercial experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
