IT Service Desk Analyst

The Role

This role offers the opportunity for someone with a passion for IT to join an existing team of analysts and engineers. This role provides the opportunity to work across many areas of IT support, gaining valuable experience in a professional business environment. Our team embraces a learn-by-doing approach, providing opportunities to develop your skills, expand your technical knowledge, and take on greater technical responsibility. You will work closely with our head office functions, as well as those located in our other regions.

Key Responsibilities

Log, manage, and resolve customer incidents and service requests received via phone, email, or ticketing systems, ensuring compliance with agreed SLAs.
Provide first-line technical support, resolving issues where possible and escalating more complex incidents to IT Service desk Engineer/Leader when required.
Configure, deploy, and support end-user hardware, including Windows laptops, Android devices, printers, and other IT equipment.
Manage and maintain user accounts, permissions, and access within Active Directory and Microsoft 365 Online.
Support mobile device management platforms, including Microsoft Intune and Jamf.
Install and maintain business applications and software packages.
Configure, monitor, and support site connectivity solutions, including Meraki and Teltonika networking equipment.
Create, review, and maintain IT support documentation within ticketing system knowledge base, and Sharepoint.About you

Essential

Strong interest in IT / Technology with a desire to learn new skills.
IT troubleshooting skills
Experience with Windows 11
A working knowledge of Active Directory / O365 accounts & groups.
Good knowledge of Microsoft suite
Excellent customer service
High attention to detail.
Willingness to learnDesirable

Previous experience working within an IT Service desk or technical support environment.
Familiarity with Microsoft Intune and device management
Any knowledge of DHCP, DNS, Networking, Cisco Meraki, SharePoint desirable but not essential.
