Key Responsibilities:
• Answering and directing incoming calls
• Greeting clients and visitors
• Booking meeting rooms and preparing meeting facilities
• Managing incoming and outgoing post
• Typing correspondence, scanning documents and filing
• Providing administrative support to the wider team
What We're Looking For:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Friendly, professional and approachable manner
• Confident using Microsoft Office and other IT systems
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
• Previous administration experience preferred; accountancy practice experience is beneficial but not essential
