The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.
Talentmark are recruiting for a Quality Operations Associate, to join a long-established global pharma company, based in Hatfield on a Permanent basis.
The Quality Operations Associate will support Quality Systems and Assurance activities for the manufacture, packaging, testing, storage and distribution of the manufacturing lab and third-party contract manufactured drug products, ensuring compliance with GMP.
Responsibilities:
Act as the quality point of contact to support factory operational departments with their creation/progression of quality records within the company QMS.
Act as QO Representative within Production Operations.
To review Third Party Packaging Batch Records, associated documents and to approve intermediate products.
Supporting QMS, change controls and product quality reviews.
To raise and support the investigation of incidents, deviations and associated CAPAs.
To raise and support the investigation of customer complaints.Your Skills:
Knowledge of Quality Systems, Quality Assurance, GMP and understanding of manufacture and packaging of pharmaceutical products.
Good technical and scientific judgement.
Ability to interpret complex data and present key findings.
Computer literate e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
