Drive Growth Across European Markets
Unispace is looking for a motivated German-speaking Business Development Executive to join a growing team in London. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in B2B sales, business development or lead generation to play a key role in expanding the company’s presence across Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH).
You’ll be responsible for identifying new prospects, initiating conversations and developing early-stage client relationships, working closely with the senior sales team to build a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
The Role
* Proactively identify and engage potential new clients through cold calling and networking
* Generate, qualify and develop new business leads
* Secure meetings and appointments for the senior sales team
* Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, nurturing early-stage relationships
* Research the DACH market to identify potential clients, decision-makers and new opportunities
* Work closely with senior stakeholders to develop effective outreach strategies
* Track and report on lead activity, pipeline performance and conversion
* Collaborate with regional and global teams to share market insights and opportunities
About You
* 1–3+ years’ experience in business development, sales or another client-facing B2B role
* Proven experience in lead generation, outbound sales or appointment setting
* Professional fluency in German and English is essential
* Confident communicator with strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
* Proactive, motivated and target-driven
* Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Comfortable working with CRM systems and using data to track performance
Desirable Experience
Experience within commercial real estate, design & build, architecture, construction or professional services would be advantageous, but is not essential.
