UK Staffing Group are currently recruiting for a Loans/Finance Administrator to join a growing and FCA-regulated litigation finance business based in the Liverpool area.
This company funds law firms to run civil litigation cases, working in partnership with a panel of legal partners across the UK. The business is scaling up its operations team to support continued growth. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, close-knit team at a genuinely exciting stage of the business's development.
You'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the funding process - reviewing documentation, liaising with law firm contacts, and making sure everything is accurate before it moves through to the finance team.

The Role

Reviewing funding requests received from law firm partners
Verifying documentation and case information is complete and correctly signed
Setting up approved cases within internal systems
Processing funding transactions accurately and within agreed timescales
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records
Managing a shared enquiries inbox and responding to routine queries from law firms
Escalating more complex matters to senior team members
Supporting with data quality checks and administrative reporting
Assisting with process improvements as the team grows
What We're Looking For
Essential

Experience in an administration, operations or case management role
Background in finance, lending, legal administration, or a related back-office/admin function
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Confident, professional communication style, both written and verbal
Comfortable working in a process-driven, detail-focused environment
Professional presentation, as the role involves representing a regulated financial business
Desirable

2-3 years' experience in a finance, legal or lending-related administrative role
A relevant degree, or demonstrable experience gained through study or early career roles
Familiarity with what a loan/funding process involves
