Salary: £21,157.50 - £24,784.50 per annum
Contract Type: Full Time; Monday - Friday, 37.5 hour per week.
We’re looking for a Business Enablement Account Executive to support our sales and operational teams, ensuring commercial processes run smoothly, accurately and efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised individual who enjoys working across internal teams and wants to make a real impact on the efficiency and success of our commercial operations.
You’ll play a key role in preparing quotes, forecast packs, SOWs, while maintaining CRM and sales data quality, supporting the Transition Manager to help maintain continuity across onboarding, handovers and transition activity.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day sales activity, which include preparing quotes, Statements of Work (SOWs) and supporting documentation in line with approved pricing and processes.
Support sales reporting and forecasting, maintaining accurate pipeline information and providing clear visibility for leadership and operational teams.
Maintain high-quality Customer Relationship (CRM) software and sales data, ensuring customer, opportunity, quote and workflow information is accurate, current and well managed.
Co-ordinate sales approvals and handovers, working closely with Sales, Finance, Services, Transition and Operations to keep activity moving efficiently.
Support Sales-to-Transition activity, ensuring documentation, handover information and onboarding actions are complete and progressed effectively.
Monitor and resolve process issues, identifying data gaps, recurring blockers and opportunities to improve efficiency and consistency.
Provide flexible support across Business Enablement and Transition, including cover during periods of peak workload, absence or changing business priorities.
Competencies & Behaviours:
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy across quotes, forecasts, trackers and customer information.
Confident using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, including Excel, and maintain accurate sales and customer data.
Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks, delivering accurate work within agreed timescales.
Clear and professional communicator, able to work effectively across Finance, Services, Transition and Operations.
Committed to delivering accurate, timely and well-governed support while following agreed processes and escalation routes.
Takes ownership, identifies issues and opportunities for improvement, and remains flexible and resilient in a fast-paced environment.
