Our client is a growing professional services business helping organisations develop the skills, knowledge and capabilities they need to succeed. They are looking for an experienced B2B Marketing Manager to take ownership of their marketing function and support the next phase of growth.

The role:

• Lead and shape the overall marketing strategy
• Develop marketing activity that generates qualified sales opportunities
• Drive growth and increased spend across existing high-value client accounts
• Identify and develop new markets and sectors
• Work closely with Sales and Product Development to align marketing with commercial objectives
• Strengthen brand awareness and market positioning
• Own the campaign calendar, events, webinars and thought leadership activity
• Use market insight, analytics and competitor research to shape strategy
• Measure marketing performance, ROI and conversion rates
• Lead, coach and develop the marketing team
• Manage budgets, resources and priorities
• Build a high-performing, commercially focused marketing function

• Proven experience in a B2B marketing leadership role
• Experience within professional services, training, consulting or a solutions-based environment
• Strong commercial awareness and a track record of delivering measurable results
• Experience in demand generation, account growth and new client acquisition
• Strong market insight and analytical skills
• Excellent people leadership skills
• Someone who can operate at both strategic and hands-on levels
• A confident communicator who enjoys working closely with Sales and senior stakeholders
