About the Role

Due to continued growth of Technimove Recycles IT Asset Disposal (ITAD) division, we are seeking a motivated and confident Canvasser / Telephone Salesperson to join our growing (ITAD) business. You will focus on outbound calling, identifying new business opportunities, and generating qualified leads for our sales team.

You will play a key role in expanding our client base by engaging with businesses, understanding their IT lifecycle needs, and introducing our secure and sustainable IT disposal services.

The primary focus of this role is outbound lead generation, targeting key individuals by phone, email, and LinkedIn and identify new customers with IT disposal, ITAD, or redundant IT equipment opportunities.

This is a target driven role suited to someone with excellent communication skills, a confident telephone manner, persistent and comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.

Full training and ongoing support will be provided for the right individual.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective business clients

* Identify and qualify new sales opportunities for ITAD services

* Build and maintain a pipeline of leads through research and cold calling

* Engage decision-makers and present the company’s services clearly and professionally

* Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and outcomes in the CRM system

* Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into business opportunities

* Follow up on previous contacts and nurture relationships

* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets

What We’re Looking For

* Excellent communication and telephone manner

* Confident, resilient, and target-driven attitude

* Ability to handle objections and remain motivated

* Strong organisational and time management skills

* Basic IT skills and familiarity with CRM systems (preferred but not essential)

* Previous experience in telesales, lead generation, or B2B sales is desirable but not essential

* Experience using CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or tools like Lusha is a plus
