The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Warehouse Team Leader to join our client in Birmingham. A successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team within a fast-paced warehouse environment, ensuring productivity, quality, and safety standards are consistently achieved.
A key requirement for this role is previous experience working with AutoStore systems, enabling you to support daily operations, drive efficiency, and help maximise the performance of our automated warehouse solution.

Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and support a team of warehouse operatives to achieve daily targets.
Monitor workflow and allocate resources effectively to meet operational demands.
Oversee the efficient use and operation of the AutoStore system.
Ensure inventory accuracy and adherence to warehouse processes.
Conduct team briefings, training, and performance reviews.
Identify and resolve operational issues, escalating where necessary.
Promote and maintain high standards of health and safety.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and service levels.
Work closely with management to deliver operational objectives and KPIs.
Essential Requirements
Previous experience in a Warehouse Team Leader, Supervisor, or similar leadership role.
Hands-on experience using and working with AutoStore systems.
Strong people management and communication skills.
Experience within a warehouse, logistics, or fulfilment environment.
Ability to prioritise workloads and perform under pressure.
Good understanding of health and safety practices.
Strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
