The Role:
You will be working closely with class teachers and therapists to provide 1:1 and small group support, helping to create a calm, structured, and engaging learning environment. This may include supporting communication (verbal and non-verbal), assisting with personal care, and helping manage behaviours in a positive and proactive way.
