An established and highly respected specialist joinery contractor is looking to recruit an experienced Estimator to join its growing pre-construction team based at its manufacturing facility in Bradford.

The company delivers high-quality bespoke joinery packages, doorsets, and specialist joinery solutions for leading contractors across the commercial, retail, leisure, education, and student accommodation sectors.

The Role

As an Estimator, you will prepare accurate and competitive cost estimates for bespoke joinery projects while working closely with the design, commercial, and project teams to produce successful tender submissions.

Key Responsibilities

* Prepare accurate cost estimates from drawings and specifications.

* Obtain and assess supplier and subcontractor quotations.

* Produce commercially competitive tender submissions.

* Identify project risks and value engineering opportunities.

* Maintain pricing records and support the tender process.

* Attend meetings and site visits when required.

About You

* Estimating experience within joinery, fit-out, or construction.

* Good understanding of construction drawings and joinery manufacturing.

* Strong commercial awareness and numerical skills.

* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and estimating software.

* Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
