School & Education SupportTypical Duties May Include:
Managing busy reception desks and welcoming visitors
Answering and directing incoming calls and emails
Maintaining accurate records and databases
Data entry and document processing
Diary management and meeting coordination
Supporting HR processes, on-boarding and compliance checks
Assisting with finance administration, invoicing and purchase orders
Preparing reports, letters and correspondence
Liaising with staff, parents, customers and external stakeholders
General office and administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operationsWe're Looking For:
Previous administration, reception, HR or finance experience
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
A proactive and professional approach to work
An Enhanced DBS Certificate (Update Service preferred)
