Our client is a successful and growing specialist vehicle business operating across the UK and Ireland. Due to continued expansion, they are looking to recruit several ambitious Sales Development Executives from a motor trade sales background to join their internal sales team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. Full product and industry training will be provided, making this role suitable for candidates from car sales, automotive telesales, or automotive business development backgrounds.
The Role
As a Sales Development Executive, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities and supporting the wider sales team.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Making outbound calls to prospective customers from targeted databases
* Introducing the company's products and services to potential clients
* Identifying customer requirements, future plans, and purchasing intentions
* Building relationships with key decision-makers
* Qualifying opportunities and arranging follow-up activity for the field sales team
* Supporting sales campaigns, promotions, and marketing initiatives
* Maintaining accurate records using the company CRM system
* Following up prospects via telephone and email

* Basic IT and CRM proficiency
* Previous experience in car sales, commercial vehicle sales, outbound automotive sales, automotive business development or automotive contact centre environments is a must. Don’t apply for this one is you don’t have automotive sales experience in some form.

* Basic salary of £28,000 - £32,000 depending on experience
* Performance-related bonus structure expected to be £10,000+ per annum. It’s uncapped though and plenty of opportunity to earn more if you are a strong sales person.

Working Hours
Monday to Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Friday: 8:00am – 3:00pm
