The role will see you joining an established residential team that have delivered outstanding projects within Multi Unit schemes, large scale developments and High rise residential schemes around the UK. Requirements
* 3+ years' experience within the residential sector – large scale developments
* Proven ability to coordinate effectively with wider project teams, suppliers and consultants
* Ability to work independently and proactively
* Detailed knowledge of UK Building Regulations and applicable National and Regional space standards
* Experience of fire remediation work and/or façade package design on large-scale, complex buildings (desirable)
* Experience of Building Safety Regulation applications and work on Higher-Risk buildings through the Gateway process (desirable)
* Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD software
What's on offer
The salary is likely to be in the region of £30,000 - £35,000 dependent on experience. The practice offers flexible and hybrid working arrangements (subject to probation and ability to work unsupervised) and have a generous benefits package alongside.
