We're looking for a Contract Senior Marine Vessel Engineer (HVAC) to provide expert technical leadership across critical onboard systems-ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and efficiency where it matters most.

What You'll Do

The Senior Marine Vessel Engineer (HVAC) will lead HVAC & refrigeration system performance across complex marine platforms

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve high-level system failures with precision
Act as the technical authority for design reviews, system upgrades, and modifications
Drive improvement in energy efficiency, reliability, and vessel habitability
Lead HVAC activities during dry dock, refits, and commissioning

Your Expertise

Proven experience across:
Chilled water & DX systems
AHUs, FCUs, and ventilation systems
Marine refrigeration & air quality control
Strong track record in fault finding, optimisation, and system upgrades
Deep understanding of SOLAS, MARPOL, and Class compliance
Skilled in managing maintenance strategies and performance analytics

What You Bring

Marine/Mechanical Engineering qualification (HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent)
