Our client currently has an opportunity for a full-time reception administrator. Their receptionists will often be the first person that employees, visitors, and customers see or speak to, so you are a representation of the company, therefore, a smart appearance and cheerful disposition are essential. This role forms part of the operations department, and you will also work very closely with another colleague in the reception area. The company are all about upskilling their staff members through qualifications/training courses.

Job Responsibilities:

* Meeting and greeting visitors

* Answering and forwarding phone calls within three rings

* Screening phone calls

* Managing the company central email address

* Sorting and distributing post

* Updating their CRM system with any changes or new contacts

* Export relevant data into Excel for reporting

* Keeping the reception area tidy

* Handling their LiveChat service for customer support

* Create cart links for customers to improve sales efficiency

Skills Required:

* A friendly and polite personality

* Excellent communication and organisational skills

* Experience working with IT systems

* To work well under pressure

* Self-motivation and efficiency

* A good level of English speaking

Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00-17:00

Salary: £(phone number removed) depending on experience
