The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

About the Role
We are recruiting an experienced Site Manager to lead a fast-tracked planned maintenance scheme across Northampton and Kettering.
This contract covers internal refurbishments (kitchens and bathrooms) across occupied social housing stock. You will be responsible for operational delivery, subcontractor management, H&S compliance, and driving progress to meet strict project completion targets by March 2027 while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Delivery: Oversee day-to-day site operations, managing trades and sub-contractors to maintain steady flow rates on internal refits.
Programme & Quality Control: Drive progress against the construction schedule, monitor build quality, and conduct sign-offs/snagging for completed kitchens and bathrooms.
Tenant & RLO Coordination: Work closely with the Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) to manage access schedules, address tenant concerns, and minimise disruption in occupied homes.
Health & Safety: Maintain strict H&S standards across all properties, ensure full compliance with risk assessments and method statements (RAMS), and conduct regular toolbox talks.
Commercial & Reporting: Track material usage, report weekly progress to the Project Manager, and manage site handover documentation.
Key Requirements & Experience
Social Housing Expertise: Proven track record as a Site Manager delivering internal social housing refurbishments (specifically high-volume kitchen and bathroom replacements).
Occupied Property Management: Deep understanding of working in inhabited properties and managing sub-contractors around resident access.
Certifications: Valid SMSTS, First Aid at Work, and CSCS Black/White Card (Asbestos Awareness is highly desirable).
Mobility: Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel across site locations in Northampton and Kettering.
