- Experienced employment lawyer operating at Managing Associate level
- Strong track record in complex advisory and contentious employment matters
- Proven experience on TUPE, restructuring and tribunal litigation
- Business development capabilities and ability to grow client relationships
- Strong commercial mindset and leadership skills
