How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    The Studio

This award-winning London studio is known for richly layered, detail-driven interiors across high-end residential, hospitality, and specialist private projects internationally. Their work is expressive and refined, with a strong emphasis on colour, texture, pattern, bespoke craftsmanship, and the curation of exceptional pieces.

Projects range from private homes, penthouses, and townhouses to luxury hospitality schemes and unique specialist commissions. Across all sectors, the studio creates highly individual interiors that feel elegant, playful, and deeply considered.

    The Opportunity

This is a senior leadership role for an experienced FF&E specialist to take ownership of the studio’s FF&E department. Working closely with the leadership team, you will shape the structure, organisation, and delivery of FF&E across the practice, ensuring projects are executed with clarity, rigour, and outstanding design quality.

You will oversee multiple teams and project workflows, balancing the scale and operational demands of hospitality projects with the precision and individuality required for high-end residential and specialist private commissions. The role combines departmental leadership with deep FF&E expertise, from bespoke furniture development and antique sourcing through to procurement, installation, and final delivery.

This is an opportunity to improve systems and standards, mentor a talented team, and act as the studio’s senior authority on FF&E quality, process, and execution.

    The Candidate

    • You will be a senior FF&E professional with substantial experience delivering luxury interiors at the highest level.
    • A strong hospitality background is important, alongside proven experience across sophisticated private residential projects.
    • Exposure to yachts, private aviation, or other specialist commissions would be highly advantageous.
    • You will have experience leading teams, running complex FF&E workflows, and improving how a department operates.
    • Alongside strong organisational and commercial judgement, you will bring a refined design eye, an excellent supplier network, and deep knowledge of antiques, bespoke pieces, decorative arts, and high-end materials.
    • You should be confident managing the full FF&E lifecycle, from concept and budget planning through to specification, procurement, installation, and final handover.
    • Strong software skills across AutoCAD
    • This is a full-time, office-based role in Shoreditch, suited to someone who enjoys working closely with a studio team and taking visible ownership of a department’s standards, culture, and output.
