Key responsibilities include:
* Overseeing the marketing and letting of residential properties
* Conducting market appraisals and advising landlords on rental pricing with good knowledge of the current market
* Driving business development and landlord acquisitions
* Managing and overseeing enquiries, viewings, and applicant follow-ups
* Overseeing the vetting of prospective tenants (Inc references, Right to Rent, affordability checks)
* Overseeing the preparation and issuing of tenancy agreements and relevant tenancy documentation
* Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation and regulations
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Ensuring targets are met and exceeded
* Monitoring portfolio performance and occupancy levels
* Implementing strategies to drive business growth
* Leading, training, and supporting lettings staff
* Ensuring high standards of customer service and professionalism at all times
