We are looking for a Foot Mobile Continental Shift Engineer with an Air Conditioning bias to join a leading building services provider, covering a prestigious portfolio of commercial sites across the City and West End.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineer looking to work across high-profile commercial buildings while being part of a supportive and professional engineering team. The role will involve carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, with a strong focus on air conditioning and HVAC systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across commercial properties.
Service and maintain VRVs, VRFs, Splits, Multi-splits, AHUs and FCUs.
Diagnose faults and carry out reactive repairs on AC and HVAC systems.
Carry out general mechanical and electrical maintenance as required.
Ensure all plant and equipment is maintained to a high standard.
Respond to breakdowns and minimise equipment downtime.
Complete maintenance records, reports and logbooks accurately.
Ensure all works are completed in line with health & safety procedures and statutory regulations.
Work closely with clients, contractors and other engineers to maintain excellent service levels.
Provide a professional and customer-focused service across the City and West End portfolio. The Ideal Candidate:
F-Gas Category 1 qualified – essential.
Proven commercial air conditioning maintenance experience.
Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.
Experience working within commercial buildings or facilities management.
Good understanding of HVAC systems and associated plant.
Strong communication skills with a professional, client-facing approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a wider engineering team.
Full UK driving licence not required, as this is a foot-mobile position. Salary & Benefits:
