📌 Key Responsibilities

As part of the Customer Master Data Service, you will:

Deliver accurate, high‑quality customer data services for the council and trust.
Process new and updated customer records to agreed standards and deadlines.
Verify customer information to meet corporate, financial, and legislative requirements.
Identify and escalate any potential fraud concerns.
Ensure full GDPR compliance and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
Support the production of management information and compliance reports using Oracle.
Utilise tools such as Power BI, Excel, and SQL to support reporting and data integrity tasks.
✨ Who We're Looking For

We're seeking candidates who have:

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong experience of Excel
Confidence working with business systems (Oracle experience desirable).
Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused approach.
Ability to work proactively in a fast‑paced, transactional environment.
Awareness of GDPR, data governance, and financial processes.
Skills in Power BI, Excel, and dashboards (SQL experience a plus).
