This is a showroom-based role with a consultative sales approach, supported by home visits and product demonstrations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with showroom visitors and respond to customer enquiries
• Convert interest into qualified sales opportunities
• Carry out door-to-door sales activity to generate new business
• Conduct home visits, take measurements, and provide expert product advice
• Produce weekly and monthly KPI reports detailing performance and pipeline activity
Candidate Requirements:
• Proven experience within a consultative sales role, ideally within the fenestration industry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proactive, self-motivated, and target driven
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance
Salary:
£30,000 per annum plus uncapped commission
Weekend availability is required
