The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Hays Education is working with a specialist SEN school in Rugby to recruit a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant. The school supports children and young people with a range of additional needs, including Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH and complex learning difficulties, providing a supportive and nurturing environment where pupils can thrive.
Your new role
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils both in and out of the classroom, helping them engage with learning, develop independence and achieve their individual targets. You will work closely with teachers to deliver interventions, provide 1:1 and small-group support, and contribute to a positive learning environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant looking to secure a long-term role within a specialist SEN setting.
What you'll need to succeed
Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
Experience working with children or young people
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A patient, proactive and resilient approach
A genuine passion for supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs
