The Role
As an Administrator, you'll provide essential support across a range of business functions, ensuring work is processed efficiently, accurately, and in line with regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
Processing a variety of administrative tasks efficiently and accurately
Supporting internal teams to meet service standards and business objectives
Managing customer and policy-related administration
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Assisting with customer and administrative queries
Ensuring compliance with company procedures and FCA regulations
Working collaboratively with colleagues across the business
About You
We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and keen to deliver an excellent service.
You'll ideally have:
Previous administration experience
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Confidence to use a range of IT systems and software.
A professional, customer-focused approach
The ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
A positive attitude and strong team ethic
