As a Production Operative., you will work collaboratively to ensure the manufacturing process runs smoothly and exceeds customer satisfaction.
Training will be provided, however experience within a production team is advantageous. This is a great opportunity to gain an understanding of the production and distribution industry.

Your role as the Sawmill Operative will involve the following duties:
Quality checking all goods throughout and post manufacture
Loading raw materials into the production process and potentially lifting/stacking finished pallets.
Running safety checks on machinery
Machine operating safety and efficiently
Preparing products for dispatch -and loading pallets for delivery
Liaising with supervisors with any issues.
Adhering to all health and safety regulations, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
Supporting team members regularly
General yard duties.
The ideal candidate for the Production Operative Position will have:
Production operative experience is advantageous
Previous experience working shift patterns is advantageous
Quality control experience is essential
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Good attentiveness and a keen eye for detail
Full UK Driving License and own transport
Physically able to lift up to 20kg regularly
