Office Angels are delighted to be working with a long-standing and valued client to recruit a Sales Administrator to join their Glasgow team.
This opportunity will see you supporting a portfolio of clients, managing queries through to resolution, and ensuring a smooth, professional service at every stage. You'll play a key role in maintaining strong relationships and delivering consistently high standards.
What You'll Be Doing
Acting as a key point of contact, building trusted relationships with clients
Managing queries from initial contact through to resolution in a timely, professional manner
Working closely with internal teams and external partners to keep processes running smoothly
Providing clear updates and confidently managing expectations
Delivering a consistently high standard of service across all interactions
Maintaining accurate records and supporting overall team performance
Seamlessly working across multiple systems and portals to manage queries efficientlyAbout the Company
