Great temporary opportunity to join a busy Operations team!
Location: Longtown - own transport essential
Working Days: Monday - Friday
Hours: 8:30am - 5:00pm
Duration: 2-3 months initially
Pay: £12.71 per hour
We're looking for a Temporary Administrator to provide valuable support to the Operations team during a period of transition.
The role will involve helping with day-to-day administration, maintaining accurate records, communicating with customers and supporting the smooth running of transport operations.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Accurately record and update jobs within company systems
Ensure documentation is complete, including PODs (Proof of Delivery), Consignment Notes and other relevant paperwork
Book deliveries and collections as required
Enter and maintain accurate information in internal systems
Work collaboratively with other departments
Liaise with customers where appropriate and maintain detailed records of communications
Update departmental KPI information
Provide general administrative and office support, including scanning, filing, document management and data entry🌟 What We're Looking For:

✔️ Ability to work as part of a team
✔️ Previous administration experience would be beneficial
