Salary: Up to £43,000 + bonus
Hour of work: Full time, Monday–Friday with no nights, no weekends, and no on-call responsibilities
Apollo Home Healthcare is seeking a Paediatric Clinical Nurse Specialist to support children with complex care needs across the North West. This role offers a strong work–life balance with office and community-based work.
At Apollo Home Healthcare, we provide high‑quality, person‑centred complex care to adults and children in their own homes. As our Paediatric Clinical Nurse Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping safe, effective, and compassionate care for children with complex health needs.
Role overview:
* Manage complex caseloads including adult packages
* Develop and review care plans
* Train and assess care staff
* Ensure clinical quality and compliance
* Review MAR charts and care documentation
* Build strong relationships with families and MDTs
Skills needed:
* Airway management including tracheostomy care
* Ventilation management
* Enteral feeding (PEG/JEJ/NG)
Experience with neurological or spinal conditions is beneficial.
Requirements:
* NMC Pin with at least 2 years’ post qualification nursing experience
* Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
* Strong clinical judgement
* Flexibility to support regional packages
