Key Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day running of a residential property portfolio.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
* Coordinate maintenance and repairs, liaising with contractors to ensure work is completed to a high standard.
* Carry out routine property inspections and follow up on any required actions.
* Monitor property compliance, ensuring all legal and statutory requirements are met.
* Manage tenancy renewals, rent reviews, tenancy terminations, final inspections, and deposit negotiations.
* Support rent collection and maintain accurate property records.
* Resolve property-related issues efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.
About You
* Previous experience in residential property management.
* Good knowledge of lettings legislation and property management processes.
* Experience managing maintenance, compliance, and contractor relationships.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
* Able to prioritise a busy workload and work effectively under pressure.
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
* ARLA qualification is desirable but not essential.
