What Will You Be Doing?
⭐ Supporting pupils in the classroom on a one-to-one basis, in small groups, or as part of the wider class
⭐ Assisting with learning activities, interventions, and classroom engagement
⭐ Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
⭐ Supporting pupils across EYFS, KS1, KS2, and Additional Learning Needs (ALN) settings
⭐ Encouraging confidence, independence, and a love of learning
What We're Looking For
✔ Experience working with children or young people (ALN experience is advantageous but not essential)
✔ A caring, patient, and positive approach
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Reliability, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn
✔ No formal qualifications required – transferable skills and the right attitude are highly valued
