What will you be doing?
Supporting pupils in the classroom, either one-to-one or in small groups
Assisting with learning activities and targeted interventions
Helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment
Working across EYFS, KS1, KS2, and supporting pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN)
What are we looking for?
Experience working with children (ALN experience is beneficial)
A caring, patient, and positive approach
Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
No formal qualifications required, transferable skills are welcomed
