Responsibilities
* Assist attorneys in preparing and organising legal documents, including pleadings, discovery, and correspondence.
* Conduct legal research and analyse case law to support ongoing litigation strategies.
* Manage case files, ensuring all documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with legal standards.
* Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and other parties to gather information and schedule meetings or court appearances.
* Monitor deadlines and court dates to ensure timely submission of documents and adherence to procedural requirements.
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries professionally and efficiently.
* Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining case management systems.
Requirements
* Proven organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
* Strong analysis skills to interpret legal documents and case information effectively.
* Previous administrative experience within a legal setting is desirable.
* Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanour when liaising with clients and colleagues.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and data management.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
