How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Client Details

This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in a large-scale people transition programme, helping to ensure business readiness, governance and employee transition activity are delivered effectively during a complex and evolving change environment.

Working closely with senior HR, Change and Programme stakeholders, you will support transition planning, manage critical people data, maintain governance processes and ensure the successful delivery of key programme milestones.

    Description

Managing and maintaining transition trackers, reports and governance documentation.
Producing accurate workforce reporting and analysing complex people data.
Maintaining RAID logs and supporting programme governance activities.
Drafting transition-related materials, employee communications and briefing documents.
Identifying risks, dependencies and data discrepancies before they become issues.
Partnering with HR, Change, Communications, Legal and PMO stakeholders to ensure programme objectives are achieved.

    Profile

We're looking for an individual who combines strong HR experience with excellent project management and organisational capability.

    You will likely have:

Experience operating at HR Business Partner level or within a People Change environment.
Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Advanced Excel and data analysis capability.
Experience producing reports, trackers and governance documentation.
Exceptional attention to detail and a highly organised approach.
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work with sensitive and confidential information.
Experience supporting transformation, integration, M&A or large-scale change programmes would be highly advantageous.

    Job Offer

This is an opportunity to work on a commercially significant programme where your ability to bring structure, rigour and insight will directly contribute to successful people outcomes.

Due to the confidential nature of the assignment, further details will be shared during the selection process.
