Tradeline are recruiting a Site Manager currently with or from a PLC Developer / House Building background, to join its 5-star housebuilder client with an excellent reputation for quality build and employer care.
As a competitive and award-winning housebuilder, they are seeking individuals who are either a Pride in Job / Seal of Excellence Award Winner or looking to achieve these high standards of professionalism.
With an extensive pipeline of sites, you will initially you will be running a 33 unit project consisting of niche family housing made up of 2, 3, 4 bedroom homes.
Certificates
* NVQ Level 6 in Construction Site Management or equivalent
* CSCS – Black Management/White Academic
* SMSTS
* First Aid at Work
* Understanding of the NHBC or /LABC standards
