The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Responsibilities
* Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure projects are safe, on time, and within budget.
* Make sure all work follows health and safety regulations
* Lead and support site teams, contractors, and subcontractors.
* Troubleshoot any on-site challenges to keep everything on schedule.
* Collaborate with engineers, suppliers, and clients for smooth project updates.
* Carry out site inspections to check on progress, safety, and compliance.
* Manage reports on timelines, safety, budget, and quality standards.
* Track equipment, materials, and resource inventory on-site.
* Advocate for sustainable best practices on all solar installations.
Requirements
* A proven track record managing solar or renewable energy sites.
* SSSTS certification is required. (or SMSTS)
* NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Construction Site Supervision
* A valid CSCS card and UK driving licence.
* CITB Health, Safety & Environment Test
* Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
* Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with clear communication.
* Organized and results-driven, even under pressure.
* Experience with construction management software or similar tools is a bonus
