The role is full-time, working 5 days out of 7, with a salary of £33,000.00 per year plus paid overtime.
What You’ll Be Doing
Preparing, stretching and cooking fresh pizzas to a high and consistent standard.
Working with fresh dough, sauces, toppings and quality Italian ingredients.
Managing the pizza section during busy services and keeping orders moving smoothly.
Maintaining strong food hygiene, health and safety, and cleanliness standards.
Helping with prep, stock rotation, ordering and reducing waste where possible.
Supporting the wider kitchen team when needed and keeping the section organised.
Working closely with front of house to help deliver a great guest experience.
What We’re Looking For
Experience as a Pizza Chef or Chef de Partie in a busy restaurant kitchen.
A genuine passion for pizza, Italian food and fresh ingredients.
Confident preparing dough, shaping pizzas and working with pizza ovens.
Good knowledge of food hygiene, HACCP and kitchen compliance.
The ability to stay calm, organised and positive during busy services.
