We are seeking to recruit to the position of Assistant Management Accountant.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage financial reporting and reconciliations for repairs, maintenance and Asset Management costs.
* Reconcile funder income and expenditure, providing regular variance analysis and commentary.
* Liaise with budget holders and departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
* Manage landlord rent, insurance payments, rent increases, accruals and prepayments.
* Support lease accounting, budgeting, forecasting and cashflow reporting.
* Produce monthly management accounts and variance commentary.
* Complete bank and treasury reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
* Support statutory accounts, year-end audit and rent ledger reconciliations.
* Maintain accurate financial records, process documentation and reporting.
* Support the wider Finance team with queries and ad hoc tasks.
* Ensure compliance with organisational policies, KPIs and training requirements.
