We are seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join our team in Dublin. Responsibilities
Support the Commission Manager and Core Team in delivering services.
Provide project administration and general support across the team.
Maintain and manage documentation, registers, and reporting requirements.
Oversee information management and assist with audits and inspections.
Coordinate activities linked to NEC4 and PPP contracts.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication.
Track compliance and contribute to monitoring activities.
Must-have Requirements
At least 5 years’ post-qualification experience in administration or a related field.
A minimum Level 6 qualification recognised by the National Framework of Qualifications or equivalent.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
