Must have’s
* Proven experience in a strategic marketing role within a commercial environment
* Strong understanding of inbound and outbound marketing techniques
* Experience delivering campaigns across content, SEO, PPC, email and social
* Ability to translate value propositions into compelling customer messaging
* Confident people manager, with experience coaching and developing teams
* Commercial mindset with the ability to measure performance and outcomes
* Strong planning, organisational and stakeholder management skills
Nice to have’s
* Experience managing and delivering events end to end
* Exposure to sponsorship, partnerships or commercial event funding
* Experience working with or managing brand strategy and positioning
* Previous involvement in market research and competitor analysis
* Familiarity with high?growth or evolving businesses
So, what will you be doing?
* Defining and evolving strategic marketing initiatives to support business growth
* Driving inbound and outbound marketing activity to generate and convert leads
* Building brand awareness and visibility across digital and offline channels
* Owning brand representation, including website presence and communications
* Leading market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy
* Planning, organising and delivering events from concept to execution
* Developing partnerships and sponsorship opportunities to enhance events
* Evaluating campaign and event performance to drive continuous improvement
* Identifying and managing potential risks associated with events and delivery
* Line managing and developing the Marketing Executive and Marketing Apprentice
* Providing clear direction, support and development opportunities to your team
