BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER – THE OPPORTUNITY
This is a genuine hunter role.
You'll be responsible for converting qualified opportunities into new business, developing strong commercial relationships and driving revenue growth.
And importantly, you'll be able to focus on selling.
You won't be spending your days buried in administration.
You'll have dedicated PA support, significantly reducing the administrative burden and giving you more time to:

THE ROLE
As Business Development Manager, you'll take ownership of a pipeline of qualified customers who are actively interested in developing and manufacturing products.
You'll manage the sales process from initial conversation through to close, using your commercial skills to understand customer requirements, position the solution, negotiate effectively and ultimately win the business.
This is a highly relationship-driven sales role involving regular telephone and video conversations with customers and decision-makers.
You'll be expected to build trust quickly, identify buying motivations, create urgency and confidently ask for the business.
Full product and technical training will be provided.
