The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:
Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Ceto Talent are supporting a global offshore EPC contractor on a major carbon capture project, and are looking to engage an experienced Site HSE Advisor to support site-based delivery across the BP NEP / NZT development.

Purpose of the Position
Reporting to the Field HSE Manager, you will support the development, management, and continuous improvement of the safety management system throughout the engineering and development phases of a major EPIC carbon capture project.
The Role
You will be responsible for driving HSE standards on site, ensuring compliance, and supporting safe delivery across all construction activities.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive HSE awareness through workforce engagement and training
* Conduct site inspections, monitor subcontractors, and ensure equipment compliance
* Manage risk assessments, Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and safe work practices
* Oversee Permit to Work systems and hazardous material controls
* Report HSE performance, track KPIs, and support incident investigations
* Promote environmental compliance and sustainability across site activities
What We’re Looking For
* Qualification in HSE or an engineering-related discipline
* NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent)
* Proven experience within the Oil & Gas sector and onshore construction projects
* Strong understanding of construction design and regulatory requirements
* Experience in survey, investigation, and site-based HSE delivery
* ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certification preferred
