We are recruiting for Leeds based Client for an experienced Book-Keeper. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong accounting and administration skills who enjoys working in a friendly, fast-paced business environment.
Key Responsibilities
Managing day-to-day bookkeeping duties
Managing CIS deductions and payments
Recording sales and purchase invoices
Bank reconciliations
Managing accounts payable and receivable
Preparing VAT returns
Payroll support (if experienced)
Maintaining accurate financial records
Liaising with accountants when required
General office administration support
Requirements
Previous bookkeeping experience essential
Knowledge of accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently
Experience within construction, trade, or service industries is beneficial but not essential
