We’re looking for ambitious ex-athletes to join our partners in Executive Search as aspiring Recruitment Consultants.
No recruitment experience is required. Our partners provide the training, tools and coaching - you bring the mentality.
Executive Search is fast-paced, competitive and relationship-driven. You’ll work with businesses to identify and attract high-calibre professionals for senior and specialist positions, build relationships with candidates and clients, negotiate opportunities and develop into a trusted advisor within your chosen market.

The Role
You’ll be responsible for:
* Building relationships with senior professionals, executives and business leaders.
* Identifying and approaching high-calibre candidates for senior appointments.
* Sourcing, interviewing and assessing candidates.
* Developing your own network within your chosen market.
* Building strong relationships with clients and understanding their hiring requirements.
* Managing the recruitment process from initial brief through to successful placement and advising clients and candidates throughout the process.
* Negotiating salaries, offers and terms, and developing new business opportunities.
* Working towards individual and team targets.
* Becoming a specialist within your chosen area of Executive Search.
